Well, today I was served with the order. The most interesting part of this order is the blogger"shall not come to or trespass upon any Russian businesses located in any of the RK Centers shopping centers in Florida. The addresses of these shopping centers are contained in paragraph 111 (subparts (a)-(l)) of the Verified Third Amended Complaint that was filed in this case. This provision shall not apply to any Ukrainian businesses in any of the RK Centers shopping centers."
Great, I was allowed to speak Ukrainian having Russian background. And it's after 3DCA reversed an injunction, today Judge Walsh granted permanent injunction to Plaintiffs.
Lets not to forget that the same Judge Lisa Walsh was trying to send me to jail for exercising my first amendment rights of freedom of speech. Now, she is making open threats to my husband. What a punishment for political speech!!!
Of course, Honorable Lisa Walsh and Raanan Katz manipulations were covered under another interesting statement that Judge Walsh was ordering it on MY OWN REQUEST. How far Judge Walsh harassment can go. Do you believe that this order can be entered in the USA, yes, it was.
