Raanan Katz, RK Centers and Miami Heat Owner, filed motion for Continuance of Trial (in Raanan Katz unflattering face case), stating as follows:
...However, Plaintiff's (Raanan Katz) counsel who will be the first and second chain in this trial..., Todd A Levine, the partner in the law firm of Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen and Levine, P.L, is unavailable during the trial date. Mr.Levine will be in New England from July 21, 2014 through August 2, 2014, visiting his children at summer camp and vacationing with his wife. This trip has been planned for almost a year. The Affidavit of Mr.Levine in support of the Motion for Brief Continuance of Trial is attached hereto as Exhibit "B"...
Further, Raanan Katz added
"Pursuant to Local Rule 7.6:
A continuance of any trial, pretrial conference, or other hearing will be granted only on exceptional circumstances."
Then, Ranan Katz states that he was diligent in readying its case for trial, Raanan Katz filed Joint Pretrial Stipulation showing Raanan Katz ability to move forward with  trial some time ago.
Secondly, Raanan Katz would be effectively deprived of counsel Todd A. Levine as there will be no other attorney with the requisite experience and familiarity with this case to conduct trial.
Thirdly, Raanan Katz is still waiting for the Court to rule on his motions: Motion for Summary Judgement, Raanan Katz Motion in Limine to Preclude Defendant from Referring to Raanan Katz Criminal background, Raanan Katz Motion to Stay this case Pending Resolution of state Court Action.
Forth, Raanan Katz (repeats it again pretending that people cannot get it from the first time like Raanan Katz attorney Todd Levine) will be deprived of Todd Levine counsel as there will be no other attorney with "the requisite experience and familiarity with this case to conduct a trial."
Raanan Katz finalizes that his motion was done in a good faith and not for the purpose to delay TRIAL.

What trial??? Are you serious that the Court decide to wast public money to look and rule on Raanan Katz unflattering face...But "the requisite legal experience and familiarity" with Raanan Katz unflattering face case of Miami based attorney Todd Levine should be seriously considered by the Court.
