Another great news for Raanan Katz and RK Centers. Third District Court of Appeal ordered Raanan Katz and his companies to pay attorney fees associated with their unlawful harassment/ injunction. "Upon consideration of the motion for attorneys fees filed by appellant, it is ordered that said motion is granted and remanded to the trial court to fix amount. SHEPHERD, C.J., and ROTHENBERG and SALTER, JJ., concur."
The problem is that Judge Lisa Walsh (in Miami state court), Raanan Katz and RK Centers attorney Todd Levine make themselves unavailable for the hearing to fix the amount resulted from unlawful injunction entered against my husband. Since May 2013 Judge Lisa Walsh was able to find 30 minutes special set in May 2014 only. However, on Todd Levine's requests Judge Walsh makes available almost immediately. That is why, I truly believe Third District Court of Appeal will be reviewing more orders from Miami state court shortly.
Interestingly, judge Lisa Walsh together with attorney Todd Levine fabricated criminal case against me for "violation of injunction order", Judge Walsh was desperate to send me to jail. Now, she will need to rule on to fix the amount of attorney fees against Raanan Katz. Sounds unrealistic to me.
Should I expect pennies on the dollar within two years from appeal decision?
