Wow, so many news are going in the Courts... so I do not know where to start.
Today, I would like to express my Constitutionally protected opinion (even though not everyone in the US believes in it) on recent actions in Federal case related to Raanan Katz alleged copyright infringement. Yes, I am talking about the picture of Mr.Katz that he claims to be his INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
In spite of the fact, that Raanan Katz did not produce any ORIGINAL proof of the alleged copyright ownership and filed a stipulation of NO economic harm, MEANING NO CAUSE OF ACTION, still the case continue to progress and Mr. Katz has no intention to stop his frivolous litigation.
After all, he has A LOT OF MONEY TO BURN.
Today, I would like to publish recent statements made by Raanan Katz during his deposition because I found them SHOCKING at the best.

Yes, it is absolutely shocking to me just to realize that someone could think that education is not important ...or has less value then a cup of coffee. The only disadvantage of education is that I can ANALYZE an "unusual metric" of Raanan Katz business called RK Centers.
But most importantly, Mr.Katz with his statement and litigation practice destroys my image of the country from "LAND OF FREE" to "LAND TO SUE".
