As I predicted, new order entered by HONORABLE Lisa Walsh in favor of Raanan Katz and RK Centers flew straight to the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami.
Oh là là ! Raanan Katz and RK Centes were trying to dismiss the case, but... Appeal denied it.
Should I say, Suzanne Katz and Alan Kluger, WELCOME TO THE CASE. Or maybe, I should just say loser is always a loser.
