After filing thousands of pages with Miami 11th Circuit Court, Miami Dade Federal Court, Miami Court of Appeal Raanan Katz, RK Centers and Miami Heat Owner, should learn by hard
"conduct is frivolous if:
(1) it is completely without merit in law and cannot be supported by a reasonable
argument for an extension, modification or reversal of existing law;
(2) it is undertaken primarily to delay or prolong the resolution of the litigation, or to
harass or maliciously injure another; or
(3) it asserts material factual statements that are false."
Does Raanan Katz know that sanctions may come in two forms:
1) as reimbursement to the aggrieved party of his actual expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees;
and 2) in addition to or in lieu of costs, as a discretionary financial assessment or penalty against a party or an attorney who engages in frivolous conduct and 3)...
By the way... why Raanan Katz alleged defamatory case was not dismissed yet by Judge Lisa Walsh???
Raanan Katz, Daniel Katz, RK Centers and other multiple Plaintiffs obviously cannot proof their own case and refused to "support" their claims... But, Judge Lisa Walsh is extremely friendly to Raanan Katz and she simply refused to hear motions to compel Raanan Katz discovery (for TWO years now).
Three scheduled hearings were canceled by the Court, for those who do not know you need to wait almost six months to get special set heard by the Court, except if you are not Raanan Katz, his motions fly first priority. Amazingly, Judge Lisa Walsh found time and did hear THREE Raanan Katz frivolous special set requests within 2 months. Lightning speed!!!
I stopped going to all Judge Lisa Walsh hearings as I do not want to live by double standard. I cannot hear one thing and then read another and etc. It is amazing how Miami Dade 11th Circuit Court rules nowadays- rich Raanan Katz needs just to ask...
