Raanan Katz in order to avoid responsibilities for his frivoulious litigation today filed a notice of voluntary dismissal of his "copyright" case.
Interestedly, in his motion Raanan Kaz admitted that he filed two cases in two different courts (state an federal) as "PARALLEL" cases with the help of his attorney Todd Levine.

Today, another court 3DCA (3rd District Court Of Appeal) entered stay on Judge? Walsh ? order to enforce what they call "settlement agreement. " This "settlement agreement " was manufactured right in the Court by Raanan Katz and Judge Walsh. For some reason, Raanan Katz did not even mentioned Appeal stay order to the Federal Judge.
